Subscription & Cancellation Policy

 

FocusON products are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions. By placing a subscription order you agree that:

 

Billing and renewal: Your payment method will be charged the price shown at checkout today, and then automatically every 4 weeks at the same price (plus any applicable shipping and taxes) until you cancel. Each renewal triggers a new shipment of your selected pack.

 

Renewal reminders: We email you a reminder at least 3 days before every upcoming renewal charge, to the email address on your order.

 

How to cancel: You can cancel at any time, free of charge, in your customer portal (link in every order and reminder email) or by emailing hello@tryfocuson.com. Cancellations take effect immediately; to avoid the next charge, cancel at least 3 days before your next scheduled billing date. You can also pause, skip a delivery, change your delivery date, or swap pack size in the portal at any time.

 

Promotional items: Free promotional items (such as Limited Edition gift cans on qualifying first orders) apply to the first order only and do not recur with renewals.

 

Refunds: First orders are covered by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee — see our Refund Policy. Renewal orders ship as scheduled; if a renewal was charged before you intended to cancel, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.
