FocusON 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

 

We stand behind our product. Every first order is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee, starting on the day your order is delivered.

 

Not feeling the difference? Email us at hello@tryfocuson.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number and we will refund your first order in full — no return shipment required. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

The guarantee covers one first order per customer and household. Subsequent orders, subscription renewals after the first, gift cards, free promotional items (including Limited Edition gift cans) and items marked final sale are not covered by the guarantee — but we will always work with you to make things right.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will replace it or refund you at no cost.

 

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time in your customer portal or by emailing hello@tryfocuson.com. Cancellations must be received at least 3 days before your next scheduled billing date to avoid the next charge. Renewal orders that already shipped remain covered by our support — contact us and we'll sort it out.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card provider, then contact us at hello@tryfocuson.com.
