Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

 

United States

Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $5.95 — FREE on orders of $50 or more.

Expedited Shipping (1–2 business days): $12.95.

 

International (Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, New Zealand and EU countries)

International Tracked Shipping (5–8 business days): €9.95 — FREE on orders of €90 or more. Exact rates and currency are shown at checkout for your country.

 

Customs and import duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

 

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@tryfocuson.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

 

Subscriptions

Subscription refills ship automatically every 4 weeks. The same shipping rates and free-shipping thresholds apply to each refill order.
